Production & Quality Control
Every pallet truck goes through the following steps before packing:
- Frame welding inspection: check weld strength and frame alignment.
- Hydraulic pump test: 3-5 full lift/lower cycles to ensure smooth operation and no oil leakage.
- Wheel & axle assembly check: confirm all casters rotate freely and axles are secure.
- Final appearance check: paint finish, stickers, and accessories verified before wrapping.
We take photos and short videos during inspection so you can see your order before it leaves the factory.
